One Time Consultations
If you have some questions about your training, have hit a plateau, have a unique event to train for, or just even just need some reassurance that you're on the right path you can reach out for a consultation. This will be a one time review of your training files, your plan, race results, how to mix in cross training or strength training, or whatever you may have questions about. After I review your files we will have a 1 hour consultation either in person or over a video chat. This is a perfect option for self coached athletes, those that do not have 1-on-1 coaching in the budget, and those who may have taken a break from training and need to refresh their knowledge on what workouts to do and when.
